Our workshops seek to provide participants with other people's insights, skills and experience, for whatever ideas, projects or questions they may want to realise or answer.
In leading new projects and/or changing existing processes, it is extremely beneficial to have a clear end goal in mind (or a purpose), to understand in what "system" you operate (who and what may be even remotely affected by or affect your work), and what strategies you use to make it happen effectively.
